Life Transitions & Letting Go
Coaching Services
Spaciousness and Wellbeing
Our physical spaces and emotional lives are deeply connected. When we feel stuck or overwhelmed in one area of life, that feeling often shows up as clutter or heaviness in our surroundings.
Creating change can feel daunting. It takes motivation, inner strength, and most importantly support to work through both the emotional and practical barriers that keep us feeling stuck.
Developing practical strategies to create space will help you grow through these transitions.
Letting Go, with Tenderness and Support
Sometimes, feeling stuck is rooted in our connection to the past. This can make it especially difficult to let go of material belongings—particularly those tied to memory, identity, or significant life moments. Many people hold deep attachments to sentimental objects, or find themselves feeling overwhelmed by organization and decision-making.
Talking through this process with both emotional and practical support can make all the difference. I offer a compassionate space to explore the stories and memories connected to your belongings, honoring what they represent while gently helping you move forward.
Together, we identify ways to release what no longer serves you without rushing, pressure, or judgment, so you can create space for what comes next.
Identity, Vitality, and Your Physical Environment
I want you to understand that there is no shame in your journey.
The relationship we have with our belongings and our spaces is deeply personal, and it often reflects where we are in our lives.
Having gone through my own journey of simplifying my home and supporting loved ones through moves and downsizing, I understand how complex and emotional sorting and organizing can be. What helped me most was not doing it alone. Talking through both the practical and emotional steps gave me the clarity, tools, and vitality to move forward.
I help you simplify the process and reconnect with yourself through your space. Together, we gently explore areas of feeling stuck—patterns that can sometimes show up as accumulation or overwhelm. We deepen our understanding of your unique needs and how your physical environment can more fully reflect your identity, energy, spirituality, and life force.
Together, we create a path toward greater clarity, spaciousness, and a meaningful connection between your physical environment and your inner world.
Community and Group Support
Good news: you don't have to do this work alone.
I'm launching a 6-week live group coaching program over Zoom for anyone feeling stuck in the emotional complexity of decluttering. In this intimate group setting, you'll gain tools for working with difficult feelings, connect with others on the same journey, and make meaningful progress with support and accountability. Think of it as a safe space to process what comes up, share struggles, and support each other through the messy middle of letting go.

Individual Coaching
What is coaching? How is it different from therapy?
Coaching is a collaborative action-oriented process that helps you identify and reach your goals in using concrete practical steps. Unlike psychotherapy, coaching is not about diagnosing or treating mental health conditions; Rather, it supports focused growth, harnesses motivation, and helps you implement the changes you desire in your life.
My coaching approach draws on years of clinical experience combined with practical decluttering tools. We’ll clarify your vision, identify roadblocks, and create an actionable plan — so you can move forward with clarity and confidence. I provide you with exercises in between sessions to build continuity and accountability, and to have structure for tracking your progress.
What Makes This Different from Hiring a Professional Organizer?
I’m not here to tell you what to keep or what to toss—that’s the role of a professional organizer. My work focuses on the emotional layers that often make those decisions feel overwhelming or impossible.
If you find yourself feeling frozen by guilt, grief, or anxiety when trying to declutter, or if you’ve worked with an organizer before but found it hard to follow through, it may be that the emotional work needs to happen first. Together, we slow down, make sense of what’s coming up, and create a foundation that allows meaningful, lasting change.
